Terms of Service
The rules for using Titan, purchasing Premium, managing renewals, and requesting support or a refund review.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use the Titan Discord bot, website, dashboard, or Premium service. By using Titan, you confirm that you can accept these terms and that you will follow the rules that apply to the Discord servers you manage.
If you use Titan for a server or organization, you confirm that you have permission to configure the service and make purchases for that server or organization.
Eligibility and age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services and Discord) to use Titan. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
By using Titan, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the full power and legal capacity to enter into these terms.
What Titan provides
Titan is a Discord bot with a web dashboard for server settings, moderation, automation, member interactions, and related management tools. Some features are free and some require Titan Premium.
Premium applies to the Discord server selected during checkout. The checkout and dashboard show the currently available plan scope before purchase. Features and limits may change as Titan develops, but a change does not alter a billing period that has already been purchased.
Accounts and server access
Titan uses Discord sign-in to identify you and the servers you can manage. You are responsible for your Discord account and for actions taken through an authenticated Titan session. Do not share session access, credentials, or payment information.
Dashboard access depends on Discord permissions and whether Titan is active in the selected server. Losing the required Discord permission or removing Titan from a server may prevent access to that server's settings.
Premium plans and delivery
Titan offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime Premium options priced in USD. Monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Payments are processed by Creem. Titan activates Premium after receiving verified payment confirmation from Creem. A checkout success page by itself does not activate Premium.
Premium is assigned to one Discord server at a time. Any supported license transfer is subject to the rules and availability shown in the dashboard when the transfer is requested.
Renewals and cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected billing period unless they are canceled. The server owner can open the Creem customer portal from the server's Premium page in the Titan dashboard and cancel without contacting support.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless the customer portal states otherwise. A lifetime purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel.
Refund requests
You may request a refund review by contacting team@ttitan.co with the purchase email, the affected Discord server, and the reason for the request. Do not send card details, passwords, tokens, or other secrets.
Refund requests are reviewed using the payment record, the delivered access, Creem's applicable process, and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not by itself refund a completed billing period. Approved refunds may revoke the related Premium access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Titan to break the law, violate Discord's terms or policies, harass others, distribute malicious content, bypass access controls, or interfere with Titan, Discord, or another service.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or its users, comply with a legal requirement, or enforce these terms.
Intellectual property and ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to Titan, including the bot software, dashboard UI, branding, logos, documentation, and underlying code, are and will remain the exclusive property of Titan and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content, configuration text, or data you submit through Titan. By submitting content, you grant Titan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service for your server.
Termination and suspension
You may stop using Titan at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server or discontinuing use of the web dashboard.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Titan, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or if required by law or Discord platform policies. Terminated accounts for severe policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
Service availability
Titan depends on Discord and other providers. Maintenance, provider outages, permission changes, or technical problems can interrupt some or all features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
If a paid feature cannot be delivered, contact support with the affected server and approximate time so the issue and payment status can be reviewed.
Third-party services
Discord, Creem, Google, and any enabled AI, translation, speech-to-text, or other integration operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Titan does not control those services.
Titan is an independent product and is not operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Discord. Discord names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
Titan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that Titan will meet your specific requirements, operate error-free, be fully secure, or that any defects will be immediately corrected.
Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for reviewing settings before applying them and for ensuring that your use of Titan is appropriate for your server and users. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Titan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by service interruption, third-party services, lost permissions, or a user's configuration. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend Titan against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use or misuse of the service, or content and configuration you submit that infringes others' rights, where you are legally responsible for those claims.
General provisions
These terms and your use of Titan are governed by the laws of the country where the Titan operator resides; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay enforceable. This document is the entire agreement between you and Titan regarding the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, payment flow, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date are published on this page.
Notices and communications
We may provide service-related notices by publishing them on the website, displaying them in the dashboard, or sending them to the email address associated with your account. Notices to us must be sent to the email address listed on the support page.
Contact
Questions about these terms, billing, cancellation, or a refund review can be sent to team@ttitan.co. We aim to respond to support requests within three business days.
